The "ply" count refers to the number of paper layers in the corrugated board:

• 3-Ply (Single Wall): Made of 2 outer liners and 1 inner fluted layer. Ideal for lightweight products, retail packaging, and standard e-commerce shipments (up to 5–10 kg).

• 5-Ply (Double Wall): Features 3 liners and 2 fluted layers. Designed for heavier items (10–25 kg), offering extra stacking strength and shock resistance.

• 7-Ply (Triple Wall): Heavy-duty structural board built for extreme loads, export shipping, and industrial machinery transport.

Yes! We specialize in custom manufacturing. You can specify exact internal/external dimensions (Length × Width × Height), paper GSM, and flute types. We also offer flexographic, offset, and screen printing to showcase your logo, branding colors, and product details on every box.

Our MOQs depend on the product type:

• Standard Plain Boxes (In Stock): Minimum order starts at 100 pieces per size.

• Custom Sized & Printed Boxes: Minimum order generally ranges from 500 to 1,000 pieces, depending on box dimensions and design requirements.

Absolutely. All our corrugated cartons are made from high-grade recycled kraft paper and virgin wood fibers sourced from sustainable mills. Our products are 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and eco-friendly.

Quotation turnarounds are usually within 2 to 4 business hours.

• Standard In-Stock Boxes: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.

• Custom Manufactured / Printed Boxes: Production takes 7 to 10 working days after artwork approval, followed by transit time depending on your location across India.

3. What shipping and payment options do you support?

• Shipping: We ship pan-India via trusted logistics partners for small orders and full truckload (FTL) delivery for bulk industrial orders.

• Payments: We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, NEFT/RTGS transfers, and corporate purchasing cards.

If your delivery shows signs of outer transit damage or missing items:

1. Note the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip provided by the courier driver.

2. Take clear photos and short video clips of the damaged outer packaging and unboxing.

3. Report the issue to support@boxkart.in within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will process a free replacement or store credit.

Yes. We offer sample options:

• Plain Sample Box: Shipped to check dimensions and structural strength.

• Custom Sample Box: Digital mockups are free; physical printed sample units carry a nominal tooling/sampling fee that is refunded when you place the final bulk production run.

• Standard Stock Orders: Can be modified or canceled as long as the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

• Custom Manufacturing Orders: Once the design artwork and structural proof are approved and production begins, cancellations or dimensional modifications cannot be processed. Please contact our support line immediately if you need to make changes.
